The Ottawa Food Bank operates a warehouse and food distribution centre which supports over 100 food bank and food programs in our community. We also operate our Community Harvest Farm in Stittsville that grows over 20 different crops. Volunteers support both major activities as well as special events and more.
MGCH serves two Ottawa Community Housing neighbourhoods-Morrison Gardens and Christie Place, which supports over 200 families. We also provide a food centre, that is accessible to all who reside within our wider food bank catchment area. We run a Food Centre (by appointment only). MORRISON GARDENS FOOD CENTRE HOURS. Monday 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
