There's no facility to re-negotiate your package via this forum, you will need to call in to do so - or if it suits you better, use the WhatsApp chat-based service although that's not real-time.

Sometimes you have to actually cancel with Virgin Media to get the better offer. I was on a package with them for £49 a month - basic tv and 350MG broadband. My contract was up and they wanted to raise the price for the same package to £96 a month. I told them no way and to do better.
