I find https://suppose.tv to be useful for that. Enter your location in the top left, under Local pick the stations you want, then in the top right, pick Roku as a device.

Their basic “Entertainment” plan is $69.99/month, and includes FOX, FOX Business, FOX News, FS1, and Fox Weather. If you’re looking for FS2 and The Big Ten Network, you can find them on DIRECTV STREAM at other package levels.
