Feb 8, 2024 · As one of the most likable characters on Discovery, Doug Jones' Saru is a perfect candidate for a cameo appearance in future Star Trek projects, with Starfleet Academy being the most fitting. Although viewers have yet to see how Saru's Star Trek: Discovery story will end, it would be nice to check in on the Kelpien after that chapter of his life comes to a close.
