Apr 24, 2014 · Firstly as an extremely observant Jew, Jesus should have visited the Temple 3 times a year regardless of the length of his active preaching, so I have always assumed that the gospels, being non-contemporaneous, have it wrong and report only visits that were regarded as significant or memorable.
