- In Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, it was revealed that Willaim Afton had survived the fire and had become something new once again. The fire had heavily damaged the Springtrap body to the point that it needed repair. Once Afton repaired himself, he became Scraptrap and ended up outside a new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place.

Springtrap was revealed to have survived the burning, as seen from the final cutscene in Sister Location. His temporary fate after the fire was revealed in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. He left the remains of Fazbear's Fright, and goes under a change with origins unknown, becoming Scraptrap.
If you look around at the Blob you can find Baby, not Scrap Baby. Which means that not only did William Afton survive the fire (As Scrap Trap) and Molten Freddy but also Scrap Baby and by extension Elizabeth.
His demise occurs when he is crushed by the malfunctioning Spring Bonnie suit, but his spirit fuses with the suit, leading to his rebirth as 'Springtrap'. He is later killed in the grim fire that occurs at the end of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, though what exactly occurs after the fire remains uncertain.
