- The new, O2 Refresh, will split customers' monthly costs into a phone plan, where they pay for the cost of their handset in instalments, and an airtime plan, which covers calls, texts and data costs. Customers will be able to upgrade their handsets without paying the full cost of their contract or a termination fee.
You don’t need to do anything, your existing payments and Direct Debits will continue to be billed automatically by O2 – as a single bill covering the cost for your devices and the airtime (your calls, texts and data).
