Impact of dementia training on staff knowledge. The knowledge scores for the overall sample ranged from 7.5 to 16 (out of a potential score of 21) and the average score achieved was 13.80 (SD=1.86). The final hierarchical model accounted for 18% of the variance in staff knowledge (F=2.77, p<0.01).
