Naruto in particular is pretty evenly split between dub and sub watchers, so you're probably fine going either way. For streaming services, Crunchyroll has Naruto and Hunter x Hunter, but both of them are only available subbed. Hulu has Naruto dubbed and subbed, and Netflix has the same.
Depends if you prefer to watch dub or sub. In dub you can hear the mistakes and the cringe whereas in dub you generally can't unless you understand Japanese.

In most anime I much prefer sub, but for naruto, everything about dub makes it better I feel that dub has a lot of emotion and power out into the screams, voicelines, and the large speeches, such as itachi’s.
