I even tracked the fuel efficiency between regular and premium octane to see if the marks ups made sense. Costco fuel performed nearly the same as BP, Pilot, Kwik Star, Caseys etc. Efficiency varied about .5mpg across brands but that's impossible to diagnose one brand as better. Fuel efficiency improved about 10% between regular and premium.
