Technical dual enrollment courses are approved CTE dual enrollment courses and meet the standard of “counting toward college graduation”. For CTE: DDOE has only approved CTE dual enrollment courses that directly transfer into related degree programs, which means “all CTE dual enrollment courses fall within the non-elective
