I'd recommend all the major DLC (Awakening, Witch Hunt, Golems, Lelianas, Return to Ostagar, Wardens Keep, and Stone Prisoner) except Darkspawn Chronicles. That one is up to you. I also play on Xbox (Series X), and I'm playing Origins rn. I just downloaded all the DLC I want, and made sure when I checked the games storage by managing the game.
The general consensus is: most of the DLCs are good, some great, some absolutely essential to the story. Origins: more or less everyone agrees that the big expansion, Awakening, is very good. You'll swiftly become overpowered, and some sections are rather buggy, but it's a great continuation of your Warden's story.
