In order for EndNote Add-on to appear in Word, you must have Word installed first in your computer before you install EndNote. Once Word is ready, you can install EndNote. After EndNote is installed, the EndNote tab will be displayed in Word.

Jul 1, 2024 · Cite While You Write (CWYW) is an add-in for Microsoft Word that should be automatically installed when you install EndNote Desktop. You should see a tab in Word that indicates CWYW has been installed. See the troubleshooting section if Cite While You Write does not appear in Word.
