Even with legit bought vehicles you can't sell them back-to-back, you'll trigger the sell limit. You still have to abide by the 48 minute rule (like street cars) and no more than 8 cars in a 24 hour period (real-time).

So if you sell a car at noon it resets at 6pm the next day. If you get a sell limit message it goes to 7 cars every 30 hours, get the message again 6 cars 30 hours then 5,4 ect. You want to stay safely UNDER the limit, like 2-3 cars per day, over 4 mil if done right with the arena issi.
What this does is make a second sell in 18 hours of a $2,000,000 vehicle only sell for $600,000, a third would only sell for $400,000, and anymore beyond that would be only $100,000. Please note that this does not replace or alter the regular daily sell limits.

The max relies on quickly switching sessions to reset the sale cooldown. Diminishing returns slash a car‘s value with each additional sale. After 2 sales, you‘ll hit an anti-exploit "daily sell limit" and be blocked.
