Jan 12, 2018 · Hakyuu Houshin Engi clearly has a very small viewing audience atm, and (seemingly) has been attacked at various angles that will likely prevent many from starting this anime at all. Which is a shame! Hakyuu Houshin Engi has merit. It's art style is unique. The storytelling, while strait forward, includes a lot of moving parts.

The pacing is quite fast so it's hard to follow, but I follow it more for Dakki-chan (though she gets left out of whole arcs at times). Maybe just find someone or something in it that catches your eye/ear/heart, and follow that.
