May 19, 2014 · HB 376, also known as the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), substantially expands opportunities for an individual to file a lawsuit if they feel that their exercise of religion has been burdened or is likely to be burdened by any state or local action, law, or administrative rule.

- Bearing arms; standing armies; military powers. Effective: 1851. The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be kept up; and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power.
