Some of our benefits include an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), dental and vision care, travel health, critical illness, mental health benefits, acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, chiropractor and much more.
The company pays the premiums for all corporate benefits except for LTD Premiums (as these need to be 100% employee paid, otherwise it becomes a taxable benefit). They also offer a wellness credit to all employees each year!

The salary is good better than many places, the benefits and perks as well. The job is sometimes stressful, overwhelming and face paced. If you have a good team and their supportive, it goes a long way. Always learning something new about payroll and Payworks, they also offer and encourage continuous learning.

Great environment and culture. Good team mates and work/life balance. I thoroughly enjoyed my years at payworks. Cons. Pay could be more competitive. Winnipeg is becoming a decent sized tech hub and an awesome company like payworks would be a better contender with more competitive salary/benefits.
