Sep 21, 2016 · With that, the list is narrowed down to three relationships: Firestar and Spottedleaf, Firestar and Sandstorm, and Firestar and Cinderpelt. Two of the relationships involved mutual love, while the third only involved a one-sided crush. Even with that, I will delve into all of them and see what has come out of them throughout the series.
spottedleaf was a medicine cat under bluestar’s leadership. when firestar (rusty/firepaw at the time) joined thunderclan, he developed a “crush” on spottedleaf, and I believe spottedleaf did aswell. though, this was a silly apprentice crush and I don’t think it could or should have gone farther than that. spottedleaf later died from being killed by clawface, (a shadowclan warrior.)
When Sandstorm starts to bristle, Spottedleaf comforts her by telling her that Firestar does love her, and even if she stayed alive in the forest, he and she could never be mates. She leaves, but right before leaving, she whispers to Firestar that sometimes, she would've given anything for things to be different, as though wishing that she had not been a medicine cat, but instead, Firestar's mate.
Sandstorm insists that Firestar loves Spottedleaf and comments that two had always seemed to belong together when Firestar first joined the Clan. Spottedleaf couldn't choose a mate, even if she desperately wanted to. Firestar also tells Sandstorm he would love her for all the moons to come and she would never be second-best to him.
Feb 11, 2021 · Okay, time to dive deeper. Spottedleaf was a bit gullible. I mean in Spottedleaf’s Heart she got manipulated by Thistleclaw. Honestly, this the only fault I could find that was not related to obvious reasons. Sandstorm. (Pros) Sandstorm was a loyal mate to Firestar and loved him with all of her heart.
