To activate Wi-Fi calling go to Settings and enable Wi-Fi Calling. If you’re using Wi-Fi calling for the first time, read and accept the terms and conditions and provide a 911 emergency address. Like LTE or 4G, you’ll see Wi-Fi appear beside the Virgin Plus Network name on the status bar of your phone.
