How to change your monthly plan. My Account. Head to My Account and log in. Click on the My Service tab. Click on the My Plans and Features link. Navigate to the right side bar and click on Change my plan. Follow the on-screen instructions to change your rate plan. You’ll also be able to review and change your features.
