- The only time a trade should be overturned is if there is genuine collusion. Your job as a commissioner is to monitor cheating and keep people engaged. It’s not your job to run someone else’s team or give everyone the same chance to win. By joining the league and drafting a team, everyone had the same chance.

Jul 24, 2019 · Once owners start trading and making waiver claims, you can’t allow your personal opinions into the decision making. If any owners come to you with an issue about a lopsided trade, you have to be able to give an unbiased decision on whether or not it was collusion (hint: it rarely is).
If the commissioner suspects collusion, then there are steps they can take to remedy the situation. If another owner notices collusion, they should then mention it to the commissioner, and only to the commissioner as this is a sensitive topic.
Jun 30, 2018 · Make sure you or your commissioner has a ruling procedure for trades that appear like collusion, but it’s extremely rare to enforce that rule. In 12 years of running multiple fantasy leagues, I have NEVER overturned a trade for being collusive.
Everyone who is allowed to join a league and manage a team should have the right to make transactions as they see fit. If you don't want to give someone that freedom, don't let them join the league. Policing trades is idiotic, assuming no collusion can be proven.
All trades approved unless seen as collusion. Commissioner only one with power to veto. Trades pushed through same day unless both parties ask for delay.
