Jul 28, 2019 · most stat gains come from training missions (reach combo of x, no mistake for x seconds, etc.). if you have completed all available missions for your current tier, you should be strong enough to progress further in the story and gain some levels. the stat points from leveling should then be enough to get to the next higher training tier.
