- Our study confirmed that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influence consumers’ attitudes toward smart water meters. Consumers who perceive these meters as easy to use and useful are more likely to develop positive attitudes, which, in turn, positively impact their intentions to apply them in their households.
