Ten session CBT-T for non-underweight patients has demonstrated significant reductions in global eating disorder psychopathology with large effect sizes. Furthermore, CBT-T has resulted in large positive effects on bingeing, purging, depression and quality of life, and a moderate effect on anxiety.
