How admission is calculated. 0 to 8 units. Admission is based on your high school courses only. 9 to 23 units. Admission is generally based on your high school courses and grades, and post-secondary GPA using all transferable units attempted. Only the highest grade is used in the calculation for repeat courses.
English Language Admission Requirement. English is the language of instruction at Simon Fraser University. All applicants, regardless of country of origin or citizenship status, will be required to demonstrate competence in the English language prior to admission.
Domestic students: $84.25. International students: $130. Deposit upon acceptance: Domestic students: $250. International students: $5,000* *International students who provide proof of a denied study permit will be issued a full refund of the tuition deposit, less a $150 processing fee.
