If your reservation can be canceled online, you’ll see a link for “Cancel Reservation.” If your reservation can only be cancelled by phone, you’ll see a message indicating you need to call (407) 939-5277.
If you no longer have a ticket or pass valid for admission on the date of your theme park reservation, you will need to take action to keep your theme park reservations—you must link your valid park admission to your MyDisney account within 2 days or your theme park reservation will be cancelled.
To cancel a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservation, you may be able to do this yourself online. If you can, you'll need to log into your MyDisneyExperience account. Then, you'll need to head to the "My Reservations" section where you should see your reservation listed.
