Over many years, Best Start, has developed numerous resources for expecting and new parents on breastfeeding topics. Breastfeeding Matters – An Important Guide for Breastfeeding Families was recently updated and provides new and future parents with information to support informed decision-making regarding breastfeeding, important things to know about breastfeeding, FAQs and where to get help.
Rouge Valley Health System is an excellent acute care community hospital with many programs, including 24/7/365 emergency, obstetrics, paediatrics, surgery, mental health and regional cardiac care. Rouge Valley consists of several health sites, including two community hospital campuses: Rouge Valley Centenary in east Toronto; and Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering in west Durham.

Aug 24, 2009 · ALL the nurses were great. I was having trouble breastfeeding, and an experienced nurse there was helping me. They also got the in-house lactation aid to come and assist me (they have 2 lactation aid there); after I was released, the lactation aid booked an appointment for me with a breastfeeding clinic as a follow up.
