   Jan 14, 2022 · It's not the SDrive that determines what size .ATR can be used, but the DOS that's loaded SDX can use much larger .ATR files. If you use Altirra, you can create a custom disk, (I believe up to 32MB) and pre-format it to SDX, using the File->Disk Drives menu and create a new disk, don't forget to save the disk
