    To access pension benefits and services in My Service Canada Account (MSCA), you must register or sign in to MSCA.

    Once registered or signed in, select the "Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security" button on the MSCA welcome page.

    View your application status

    Select "Application status" to view messages about your CPP, CPP disability benefits or OAS application status.

    View your payment information

    Select "Payment information" to view payment details. You can print an official proof of payment report of your CPP, CPP disability benefits and OAS benefits. You will be able to view your payment information for the current and last 2 years.

    Note: OAS recipients will only be able to view their most recent payment. Contact OAS for a copy of your past payment information.

    To change your banking information and select the date you want the change to take effect, select "Direct deposit".

    Once you have made the change and received confirmation, you may use the link at the bottom of the page to view your changes right away.

    You can share your direct deposit banking information between the CPP and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

    Note: It can take up to 30 days for changes to your banking information to take effect. To ensure your next payment is sent to your new account, give us your new banking information at least 30 days before your payment date.

    It is not possible to change the information for foreign direct deposit online. To change your direct deposit, contact us to speak with one of our agents over the phone.

    Submit supporting documents for CPP disability

    You can upload supporting documents for a CPP disability application by selecting "Upload documents".

    This service is only available for:

    •Disability pension

    •Post-retirement disability benefit

    •Request for reconsideration for CPPD

    Tax slips

    If you received CPP/OAS benefits in the last 6 years, you can view and print your tax slips (T4A(P), T4A(OAS) and NR4) by selecting "Tax slips". Your online tax slip is an official document. You can attach it to your income tax return.

    Mailing options

    You can choose to receive your tax slips electronically or by mail by selecting "Tax slip mailing options".

    Federal voluntary tax deductions

    To view, start, change or stop a federal voluntary tax deduction, select "Federal voluntary tax deductions for CPP/OAS".
