It can be accessed in the SkyBlock Menu or with the /pets Command, once you unlock your first pet. The menu allows you to summon pets ( left-click ), mark them as a ⭐ favorite for quick access ( shift-left-click ), and convert them into an item ( right-click ).

Right-clicking a summoned Pet with a Pet Item will apply that item to the pet. When applied, the Pet Item will be consumed and its benefits can be seen in the Pets Menu underneath the last perk of the pet.
