   • A: If your family doctor is part of the Hamilton Family Health Team (check our list of family doctors to look for your doctor's name) they can complete a referral to the Lung Health Program through Ocean e-Referral.    What happens at a lung health program appointment?

   • When you are referred to the Lung Health Program, you will receive an individual appointment with a Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE RN). During your appointment we will discuss your symptoms, history of illness, and current treatments. As part of the assessment, a Spirometry test will be performed which will measure your lung function.
