Mar 23, 2004 · Short version: Getaways (rentals) are fully non-refundable. When you confirm an exchange, there is a 24 hour grace period during which it can be cancelled and the fee/points refunded. After that, you get a "replacement week" that can be used for another exchange, checking in within one year from the date you cancelled the exchange.
