    Every day in April will be considered a day of service. GDS opportunities will be taking place throughout the month, so you can find a project and time that works best for your schedule.     Designated service projects appropriate for children will be noted as such. Beyond designated service projects, children are encouraged to participate with the permission of their parents, at sites determined by their parents to be safe and appropriate.

    Keeping an eye on the number of community members who want to participate allows us to estimate resources needed for each official project. It is also necessary as some projects have limited capacity.
