Dec 7, 2023 · Converting to ESIM currently does not work. Not quite true @Velcrohead worked fine for me and many others, whilst some customers have had issues it's not all. If someone has helped give them a thumbs up. If their answer solved your issue mark it as the correct answer.

Once you’ve got your new SIM, you’ll need to activate it online. This should only take a few minutes. For eSIMs, you'll also need to install it on your device. Before you start, if you’re using your new Sky SIM in a device from another provider, you might need to unlock your device first. Sky Mobile devices come already unlocked.

Sep 27, 2024 · Changed from iPhone 14 to 16 and changed to an eSIM on the 14 prior to switching . It's saying it will send a message to me but I have no phone with an active sim to be able to receive the text message. I also have my physical sim in the new handset. How can I set up the eSIM on my new handset ?
