  4. Feb 7, 2023 · You could do what you're describing in a Dashboard Data Expression, but sadly, not in the map viewer. There's no way to have a dynamic filter statement in the map, only a static one. So you could filter by a specific date, but not on the latest date per name.

Jun 20, 2012 · So it looks like there is no way to query content that I have uploaded in the form of a shapefile and then published as a map in ArcGIS online, e.g. find point 15.92 based on the values in the attribute table for the shapefile. Is this right? It looks like I could do a query in ArcGIS Explorer online.
