   How do I reactivate a lost or damaged Presto card?

   • Thank you for your advice go to a shoppers, and they'll tell you what you need to do. If you want to try it yourself, log into your presto account, mark your old card as lost/damaged, buy a new card (from a presto machine/shoppers), don't register the new card, and on your presto account, transfer the balance to your new card.
