    Mario

    Status: Arch-enemies from his perspective

    Luigi

    Bowser and Luigi both had an interaction when the latter was brought in by the Shy Guys and Snifit. Here Luigi was interrogated by Bowser when the latter hears word about his brother supposedly stealing Peach from him. Eventually Bowser loses his patience and tears a chunk of Luigi's mustache off, before imprisoning the plumber. Sometime afterwards, Bowser would execute Luigi as one of the various prisoners for his and Peach's wedding. In the climax, Luigi foils Bowser's attempt to kill Mario, by using a manhole to block his fire attack from reaching Mario, before he grabs the Super Star. After the two powered-up, Bowser saw Luigi as a equal level threat as his brother, and demanded that he would be "ripped to pieces" when commanding his army to attack him. Status: Enemies

    Peach

    Despite coining Mario as his main arch-nemesis, Peach is Bowser's true arch-nemesis regards of his love interest for her. Regards of Peach's hatred for Bowser, the latter still attempts to do anything for her, including attempting to kill of any opposing love rivals to raiding an entire kingdom to steal a star for her. It also goes as far as him coercing the latter to marring him, and to threating to destroy her kingdom if she does not oblige. Bowser's love-side of the relationship can also be hypocritical however, including attempting to scorch Peach during the wedding, to attacking her in Brooklyn, when during his mid-gloating at an inflicted Mario. Their final interaction came when Bowser himself was defeated, where he tried to innocently pick up on Peach and begged to be spared. Of course, this wasn't done out of any genuine love, but rather done so that he wouldn't face repercussions, something that was shot down and denied by Peach. Peach would go on to punish Bowser by shoving a Mini Mushroom to shrink him and imprison him inside her castle. Status: Arch-enemies (one-sided love-interest from his perspective)

    Koopa General

    The Koopa General is one of Bowser's elite minions in the Koopa Troop, and thus the former serves his leader faithfully. He assists Bowser by taking the Penguin King and his goons hostage upon the Koopa King finding the Super Star, and later helps him track down Mario and friends location. Eventually, he blasts Mario when transforming himself into a Blue Shell, causing Bowser to laugh afar from his fortress upon success. Status: Minor allies

    Toad

    Toad is an ally associated with Princess Peach, and thus Bowser's relationship with him could be on negative terms. Here, Bowser ends up using Toad as a hostage against Princess Peach by torturing him via Kamek's magic, until she can agree to marry him. Eventually, Toad plays a role in crashing Bowser's wedding by smuggling an Ice Flower into Peach's bouquet, which she eventually uses on the Koopa King. In Brooklyn, Toad attempts to battle Bowser, before being knocked aside and apprehended by the Koopa Troop. In the end, Toad then proceeds to imprison Bowser when he is shrunken by Peach, and transfers him into a birdcage inside the princess' castle offscreen. Status: Minor enemies

    Donkey Kong

    Since Donkey Kong is an ally acquainted with Princess Peach, Bowser's relationship with him is at odds. This is shown where during the gang's drive on Rainbow Road, Donkey Kong would be one of the main victims of Bowser's ambush, via his army. Another instance is where Donkey Kong battles him in Brooklyn, to which he becomes overwhelmed and beaten up, before Bowser prepares to kill the ape. After Bowser is shrunken and imprisoned in a jar, Donkey Kong mocks him in his misfortune. Status: Minor enemies

  3. After years of being beaten by Mario, Bowser finally receives some redemption in Paper Mario as he defeated Mario using the Star Rod. However, Mario soon defeated him once again and Bowser cries out on how many times Mario has defeated him. Bowser also seems to show jealously toward Mario.

  4. In a good half of the Paper Mario series, Bowser's basically a tsundere hero, not a villian. In Super Paper Mario specifically he shows genuine unselfishness and inner goodness, and seems more interested in wooing over Peach or maybe tricking her into liking him, rather than actively wanting to do anything by force.

  7. Despite being Mario's archenemy, Bowser doesn't directly interact with him until the climax of the film where he tries to kill him in Brooklyn. However, he does spend a majority of the movie being heavily wary of him impressing Peach and hating him for it.
