The Abbot may use inferno several times so be ready. Items that help are fire resist/protection, fire shield and Firestorm Greaves to mitigate the damage taken.

The person using the ice wand must be sure to not have the Abbot hard targeted. If his picture is in your target window, the wand will not work. Make sure the island forms before you jump, as you have ten seconds be sure the island forms. In-game lag can cause you to hit the water before the island appears. Place the ice island in the north west.
You will get hit by the Blob, but you will not take much damage, if at all. You can always heal back up to full with blood barrage. If you have a bad Mager + Blob + Meleer spawn, keep magic pray on and equip full justiciar and crystal shield. With so much ranged defense, it is unlikely you will get damaged by the Blob.
Remain at the corner of the to corner trap the 2nd melee on the east side, focus the ranger. If needed, step north, pray melee and then step south to reset the 2nd melee. Flick range/melee and kill the ranger then the meleer. Attack the mager and deal with the mage respawns with a safe north side of north pillar.
