Your best bet is run a few offline raids on a map with the tarkov wiki map for that level on your phone or another screen. Identify the primary landmarks (every map has a few) and where they sit in terms of the level layout. Begin picturing that map layout and you'll begin orienting yourself pretty well.

It took me a while to learn the maps, but getting them down is really the only way. Try offline mode and focus on one or two maps at once. There are few in game indicators as to where the extracts are, and the ones that do exist aren't very helpful. Trust me, the knowledge will come.

Open the link up and on that table on the left side turn off everything except for Player Spawns and Extracts. Then hop into an offline raid, and try your best to identify where you spawned at using the map provided, the spawn locations, and the landmarks around you in game.
