Renner and Climb meet with her father in the palace who is making preparations to present the crown and royal treasures to the Sorcerer Kingdom. Despite urging his daughter to escape and even appealing to Climb to take her away with an offer of her hand in marriage it is refused.
Shortly before Tuare is kidnapped, Renner is met by Demiurge, whom had heard rumors of both her intelligence and wicked nature. The two struck a deal to take down the taking down the Eight Fingers , benefiting both Nazarick and Renner's image; so long as no harm befell Climb, her precious pet.
I suspect that Renner always had the fantasy of killing her father and when she finally had the opportunity, she did not hesitate to take it. But more importantly, meeting the requirements does not imply that you change classes immediately, when meeting the requirements she only had to open the box but she did not have to do it immediately.
The conditions of the change is unknown. Most likely needed sacrifices so the children at the orphanage were part of her change. Climb is 100% in love and blinded by his loyalty to her. Unless someone flat out tells him (and even then he’d deny it), he will never realize the truth.
