How long will it take for the compensation to be paid, and how long does it take for Volt benefits to be applied? I've had nothing through either the my Virgin media app or through the my O2 app. Thanks
From 12th April you can apply for volt benefits if you partner is on virginmedia and you have an o2 sim card or vice versa. Provided the addresses are the same for o2 and virginmedia you can apply for volt. You MUST contact o2 to add apply for volt or go to myo2 and apply for benefits that way.
