Mar 13, 2014 · Author. Posted March 15, 2014. If it has the cursive P logo with the arrow sticking up then it is one of the more modern UK-made Jotters from the 2000s. Parker used that logo from 2000 until 2010 when they went back to the older "Halo" logo.
