  3. 2023-2024 graduates are eligible to participate in the Dallas County Promise program if they meet all of the following criteria. Enrolled in a participating high school (see Appendix A) as of November 1, 2023 and graduate from a participating high school during the 2023- 2024 school year.

  4. Currently, more than 80 high schools and preparatory schools within Dallas County participate in the program. Check out the Dallas County Promise website for more details on eligibility requirements and partner offers, including both direct entry and transfer options, for students.
