There is no way to get 91000 points in 3 months without spending additional money and ticking off those 4000-6000+ punchcards. The maximum I calculated now per month is ~20,630 points. If you access Microsoft Rewards on a (PC) browser, you may come across something called "Daily Streaks", which allows you rack up 150 bonus points per-week - plus an extra 1000 when you've earned enough puzzle pieces.
