Build your own PVP arena and play on it. make a hardcore world, if one person dies then everyone has to stop, or do a normal survival world. Playing a private UHC with friends is always fun! Build under Lava in the nether.

If one of you has a pc that's powerful enough and a bit of technical knowledge then you can set up and run your own server. There's plenty of tutorials for it online. 2.
