Type 3 Locking Mechanism – Horizontal Locking Bar.. The horizontal locking bar is used in mostly commercial space. - Getting Ready to Detach the TV: Unplug all cords attached to the TV. Cords are ready at all times to trip you, so take care of them before moving your precious TV.
- Detaching the TV: Unscrew the mount pieces. Different sizes of TV use different screws, so you may need to do some trial and error here. An adjustable electric screwdriver cuts out some of the hassle.
- Removing the Mount: Place the TV face-down. Move your TV until it is safe on the ground. Clear off a flat spot for it and lay down a clean, soft tablecloth or bedsheet.
Looks like the Rocketfish tilt mount from Best Buy. There should be a ring at the bottom of each arm to pull down to unlock the arms. Once you’ve pulled those rings, bring the bottom of the tv out toward you to keep it from re-attaching and lift up. If you pull out to far you will gouge the wall so be careful. Might want to phone a friend.

Use scissors or a box cutter to safely remove the tape from the TV Moving Box. Then, gently pull the outer section of the box away from the inner section.
