Mar 17, 2024 · I am unable to update Minecraft Bedrock Edition to the latest version 1.20.70. I have 1.20.62, which was installed. I have tried many methods to update, including uninstalling the game and launcher and installing through the Windows store and Xbox app, but every time it installs, it still installs 1.20.62.

Mar 16, 2024 · this fix does not work for me (and same for others it seems) ive even tried to reinstall minecraft completely on 3 different pcs and always stuck at 1.20.62. through minecraft launcher or microsoft store it does not install the latest version. because it is stuck on that obselete version the game wont allow to play in realms.

Mar 17, 2024 · Created on March 17, 2024. I cannot update minecraft bedrock edition to 1.20.70 and above. My current minecraft bedrock is vesion 1.20.62. My personal computer and its drivers are up to date (Windows 10). Also Xbox and gaming services are up to date. My account name is MIKE MYL5165.

If that does not work... download the following utility and use it to remove Minecraft: extract it, launch it, scroll through the list, select Minecraft then click Remove.
