Mercy Christmas is a treasure, one of the greatest Christmas Horror/Slasher Movies ever made. The acting was surprisingly good, especially from newcomer Steven Hubbell (Michael Brisket), who was a dead-ringer for Andrew Zimmern of Bizarre Foods fame. There was the perfect blend of hair-raising gore and ironic black humor.
Mercy Christmas! Just finished this one (streaming on Prime) and it was an absolute blast! Even my wife enjoyed it. I figured she’d think it was dumb, but she said it was actually good. It’s somewhat of a dark comedy horror, so I’d you don’t like the two genres together, maybe skip it, but it’s well worth the watch otherwise!
Just watched Mercy Christmas. This movie was intense and way more disturbing than I expected! But at the same time is was also more engaging than I thought it would be. There’s a short list of Christmas horror movies we would recommend as few really impress but Mercy Christmas can proudly join it. It’s a down-right insane movie but you’ll be giggling with glee all the way through it.
