Bella Promess Bridal was not in any way shape or form. First when we walked in for our appointment they would only show us the bigger dresses and only when we asked if we could look at the others to get ideas and order in a bigger size was the response "I guess we could do that" Not a great first impression but none the less decided to give them a try.
