The show is nothing close to Downton Abbey except being within the same 100 years lol Reign even though based on Mary Queen of Scots is the same vibe as Bridgerton. Purely historical fantasy. I’m not saying Downton is purely historical fact but I do feel the sense of what life is like in the 20th century when I watch it.
